We don't allow parties, smoking, or pets. All guests are pre-screened before their stay. We also require deposits to ensure your property is kept in A++ condition.
SAFETY + SECURITY ARE PRIORITY
All our homes are furnished with Ring video cameras at the entrance monitoring 24/7.
Smart Locks are installed on the front door and a new code is generated for each guest and deleted upon the next arrival.
Noise Detection devices are installed inside main area which sends an alert to our local staff if the noise exceeds certain levels. This helps keep the neighbors and community happy.

PRE-QUALIFICATION
Let's make sure we're a good fit! We'll outline our partnership, current strategies, and what you can expect moving forward with us. As long as everything looks good to you, we'll move forward with getting you prequalified and ready to purchase your first short-term rental. You can be as involved or as uninvolved as you would like from here on out!

GETTING THE PROPERTY
We are very picky with our deals. We do extensive research into the macro and micro markets to find the properties that will bring the maximum cash on cash return.

SET-UP
Set up includes gathering all the necessary permits, furnishings, and management for the property. This also includes setting up the properties page on multiple sites where we attract our high-quality tenants. This can take anywhere 1-2 weeks from closing. Don't worry, we take care of all of this!

Brady, Christy, and Lucy (14 months)
Brady and Christy Salcido are the founders of Five14 Homes. They are new parents to a beautiful 10 month old girl and enjoy living an active lifestyle. Brady and Christy originally started their careers in Chiropractic. Dr. Brady was the Chiropractor and Christy was the Office Manager/Boss Lady. They ran one of the top Chiropractic offices in Thousand Oaks for 8 years before deciding to move on to Five14 full time.
Our name "Five14" is a reference to Matthew 5:14 in the Bible which says "You are a light to the world... let your light shine before others."
