We originally start in the healthcare space running and operating a successful Chiropractic business in Westlake Village, CA. We also have operated online course business and coaching. We quickly fell in love with short term rentals and began building our own business.

With our previous business knowledge we've been able to develop systems and procedures that allowed our properties to be successful in a short period of time and quickly reached Superhost and Premier Host status within a few months.

We now help other homeowners turn their short term rentals in passive cashflow investments with partners they can trust.

COHOSTING

15% Per Booking

Cohosting is our first tier of management. It's a perfect for an owner who feels comfortable handling some operations themselves, typically bigger scheduling tasks like repairs, deliveries, etc. Think of cohosting as if we are your "digital partners." We handle the day to day operations but are not boots on the ground. It keeps more revenue in your pocket but involves some work on your part when necessary. Typical cohosting fees range from 15-25%.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

25% Per Booking

Property management allows you to be totally hands off. We handle everything in operating your short term rental. We handle all the digital aspects of running your rental plus are boots on the ground to handle anything else that may come up and can physically be at the property when necessary to handle deliveries, repairs, updates, etc.
